Precious Greehy

Precious Greehy has a Master’s degree in Social Sciences with the University of KwaZulu Natal and
an Honours degree in Development studies with the University of South Africa. During the past
17years of her career, Precious has been involved in grant management for various donor initiatives,
and has vast experience in designing development programmes, programme coordination; and
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) of various health, education, human rights, development and
community based programmes. The various roles Precious played in her career cycle include; gender
and youth programming, providing funded partners with governance, operational, technical and
financial support. Precious has a strong interest in gender issues; cultural anthropology,
communication, use of technology for development issues and youth development matters;
governance, transparency and accountability debates. Her vision is to see more young people and
women developed as leaders; both at local, regional and international levels.
