CEO, Artisan Training Institute (ATI)
Sean begun his career at African Explosives and Chemical Industries (AECI) in 1992. After leaving corporate employment, he consulted to industry in business strategy and strategic human resources management.
In 2007, Sean and his business partner purchased the Artisan Training Institute (ATI). At the time of purchase the company employed 18 staff. Since 2007 the company has grown to employ just over 111 employees across three sites situated in Gauteng, Kimberley and Kwa-Zulu Natal. ATI have built a reputation for providing quality technical skills outcomes, training over 2 000 engineering artisans per annum.
