Natasha Antha has recently been appointed as the Operations Director of Thandeka Vocational Education Trust (Pty) Ltd (TVET SA).
Natasha has extensive experience in administrative and human resource management. Employing her outstanding administrative and organisational skills, Natasha heads up the very organised and versatile administrative team at our campus in Cape Town. Her strong leadership of her team has enabled TVET SA to provide excellent administrative support services to their skills development partners. Natasha also manages a range of projects that are implemented across South Africa, providing guidance and support to TVET SA’s facilitation team.
Natasha is very passionate about uplifting youth through skills development, and she truly lives the TVET SA vision of “empowering learners and envisioning excellence”.
Her compassion with, and understanding of the plight of previously disadvantaged youth, and in particular, young women who suffered from gender-based violence, has been a driving force behind TVET SA’s partnerships with inter alia Philippi Business Centre in the Cape Flats, the Western Cape Correctional Services (Pollsmoor Prison) , and various other skills development partners in urban and rural areas, resulting in the implementation of skills development interventions that enables the participants in the programmes to acquire relevant skills and start their own small businesses.
