Roy’s career spans over 13 years, and she has always been in a human capital, people management position. Former Talent Director at NGO, UmuzI.com. In her tenure at UmuziRoyzanne coached over 300 young creatives to reach their career goals. In her spare time she works with the US Consulate General, South Africa’s American Spaces to bring Career Development Workshops to the American Spaces locations in Johannesburg. A deep care for career development and teaching young graduates how to navigate the world of work, Roy brings this passion and learnings to Kandua to ensure the team thrive.
