Gabbey as she is commonly known , is an innovative and brilliant young woman-entrepreneur who is in the agriculture sector that is mainly dominated by men. She has built her name as a force, and young trailblazing businesswoman who is running an agriculture training college, Toutele Agriculture College South Africa where she is the Founding Director and Principal that runs fully accredited AgriSETA qualifications. Her organization’s mission is to educate and empower women, youth, and other marginalized people in rural areas of South Africa to improve their livelihoods and raise their incomes using sustainable farming methods. She has over 15 years of experience in agriculture consulting, farm management, enterprise development, business advisory services, Implementation Partner and corporate trainings, Recognition of Prior Learning Programmes. Gabbey and Toutele Agriculture College South Africa boasts some of the biggest stakeholders like AgriSETA, Afrivest, Tsolo Agriculture and Rural Development Institute, Owen Sithole Agriculture College, Crooks Brothers, ,Potchefstroom Agriculture College, SA Vetenary Council amongst other impressive giants in the industry. Furthermore, Gabbey has invested her skills and resources in the corporare social initiatives in collaboration with ENACTUS-University of KwaZulu-Natal where she also play a business advisory role.
